The brief for this study was to stay true to the room's original date of 1631, whilst being functional as a home office. An entire scheme was created, including a library wall (based on the design of the Perne Library at Peterhouse College, Cambridge), oak furniture including a filing cabinets, an oak desk, large dresser and leather wing chair, curtaining and antique Persian carpets.
